Purposes and recipients

Technical data is used to deliver and secure the website. Contact details are used to answer your request. Hostinger processes technical data as hosting provider. If you choose to open an external communication service such as WhatsApp, that provider's own privacy terms also apply.

Cookies and tracking

Rikunali currently uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies and does not embed social-media plugins that transmit data merely because a page is viewed.

Retention

Direct communications are kept only for as long as needed to handle the request, continue the business relationship or meet legal obligations. Technical server logs follow the hosting provider's security and hosting settings and are not used by Rikunali for profiling.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, data subjects may in particular request access and, where applicable, correction or deletion of personal data and object to processing. Requests can be sent to esprit@rikunali.ch.
